He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Smallwood; and his siblings, Pattie Layton and Larry Dale Sinks. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Sinks of Richton, MS; his children, Terry Sinks, Jr. of Carl Junction, MO, Jeremy Sinks (Kristen) of Winfield, MO, Kullen Stauffer of Richton, MS, Crystal Garvin (Josh) of Richton, MS and Elizabeth Stauffer of Marietta, MS; his father James Smallwood of Cuba, MO; and his siblings, Angie Marshall (Randy) of Wentzille, MO, Vickie Pierce (Billy) of Winfield, MO, Michael Sinks of Winfield, MO, Rick Sinks of Cuba, MO and Jimmy Smallwood (Laurie) of Warrenton, MO.. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
