She is survived by: her children, Patrick Russell of Poplarville, Shea Russell of Laurel and Suzy Russell of Richton; her siblings, John Shafer of Davie, FL, Cody Kilpatrick, Billy Ray Kelly, Jr. of Gulfport, Michael Kelly of Gulfport, Neal Kelly of Raleigh and Olivia Shipley; and her close friend Tina Head of Richton. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
