It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ora Belle Ready Lewis of Richton, Mississippi, who passed away on June 30, 2024, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Quinn Ready; her husband Richard Lewis; her daughter Robbie Merrill; her mother Minnie "Sis" Ready; and her siblings, Albert Ready, Joe Ready, Matt Ready, Ervin Ready, Azeline "Duck" Foxworth and Edwina Windham.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Rochelle Carter (Kelly), Rashea Carter (Greg), Robin Magee (Billy), Megan Jordan (Gabe), Ricky Lewis, David Merrill (Gwenann) and Russell Merrill (Chandler); and her brother L. D. Ready. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren.
