He is survived by: his significant other Ann Rogers; his children, Glenda Hollingsworth (John) and Leslie "Lee" Guy, Jr. (Samantha); his grandchildren, Zaiden, Aurora, Eivor, Brady and Jaxon; and his siblings, Leonard C. Guy, Jr. (Joann), Lester Ray Guy, LaJoyce Temple and Lewis Ronald Guy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Buck Creek Memorial Cemetery (906 Buck Creek Rd, Richton, MS 39476).
