He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Clark Perkins. He is survived by: his son Mark Perkins (Catherine) of Houston, TX; his stepdaughters, Marlena Walley of Petal and Shyra Walley of Richton; his brother Bill Perkins of Houston, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Rayford Clark of Petal, Myra Henderson (Troy) of Piave, Nelda Edwards of Atlanta, GA and Connie Pittman (George) of Richton. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
