She was predeceased by: her parents, John M Manning and Ruby Dykes Manning; her husband Billy Ray Kelly; her stepmother Carmen Mildred Manning; and her brother Larry Manning.
She is survived by: her sister Faye Stafford Manning; and her children, John Shafer, Patricia Ann Kilpatrick, Billy Ray Kelly Jr., Joseph Neil Kelly and Michael Dwayne Kelly. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
