He was predeceased by: his wife Nelda Kay Rylee; his daughter Angela Rylee; his parents, Melvin Rylee and Mindy Rylee; and his siblings, Gladys Brantley, Doris Rylee, Pete, Hambone, Willie Ray, Jimmy Rylee and Ronny Rylee.
He is survived by: his son James Donald Rylee (Donna) of Zachary, LA; his stepdaughter Pamela Starr (Chris) of Stewart, OH; and his siblings, Hilda Hall (Roger) of Richton and Donny Rylee of Richton. He is also survived by 2 step-grandchildren; 1 step-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
