He was predeceased by: his son James Michael Kelly; and his parents, Ivy Kelly and Meldrith Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Kelly; his daughter Hilda Joyce Busby; and his grandchildren, Michael C. Busby, Joseph B. Busby, Timothy D. Busby, Jeffery M. Kelly, Joshua W. Kelly, Mitchell Kelly and Josey Kelly. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
