He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Gene Oxner, Sr. and Ernestine Mixon Oxner; and his brother Ken Oxner. He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Oxner (Melissa) of Richton, Steve Oxner of Slidell, LA, Lionel Mathies (Melanie) of Louisiana and Debbie Sprehe (Roy) of Bogalusa, LA; and his girlfriend Michelle Dunnam of Richton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
