He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Soloman and Jewell Inez Weldy Hoar. He is survived by: his brother Walter Hoar of Hong Kong; his sister-in-law Ruth Currie of Arlington, TX; his niece Sharon Vance of Arlington, TX; and his nephew Red Hoar of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews; other relatives.
