It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar Walley (Richton, Mississippi), who passed away on March 2, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Walley; his son Edgar Walley, Jr.; his parents, Roosevelt Walley and Rena Bell Walley; his siblings, James Walley, Coleman Walley, Charles Walley and Frances Conway; his grandson Odis Thompson; and his great grandchild Jason Walley.
He is survived by: his children, Virgil C. "Rusty" Walley of Richton and Martha Gail Clifton of Richton; his daughter-in-law Deborah Walley of Richton; and his siblings, Robert Walley of Richton, William "Sambo" Walley of Richton, Ruby Baird of Conroe, TX, Katherine Valentine of Richton and Joan Rosen of Conroe, TX. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
