He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Stinson and Gracie Stinson; and his brother Marvin "Chubby" Stinson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Rae Stinson of Richton; his children, Lynn Ready (Herschel) of Richton, Karen Pitts (Kevin) of Richton and Glen Stinson (Sarah) of Richton; and his siblings, Billy Stinson of Richton, Jerry Stinson of Richton, James Stinson of Columbia, Bernadine McLain of Richton, Barbara Faye Walley of Richton, Nancy Loftin of Richton, Vonda Brewer of Richton, Ann Mozingo of Richton and Ellen Brewer of Waynesboro. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
