He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Clifton and Lavon Reynolds; and his siblings, Syble Ann Clifton, Becky Clifton, Jeff Clifton and David Clifton.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Miles (Matthew) of Tylertown, Kasey Rae Clifton of Richton and Billy Ray Van Norman (Jessica) of Satsuma, AL; his grandchildren, Kimberly Van Norman, Benjamin Van Norman and Samantha Baggett; and his siblings, Ricky Clifton of Petal, Patsy Bryant of Ovett, Betty Calabresi of Slidell, LA and Georgette Pack of Prentiss.
