It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Berniece Stevison (Richton, Mississippi), who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Stevison; her parents, Turley Butler and Nevie Henderson Butler; and her siblings, J. T. Butler, Irvin Butler, Arthur Ray Butler, Zelene Miller and Nanette Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie E. Stevison (Sheryl), Lillie Harrison (Bill), Neva Seawright (Doyle), Brenda Stevison Overstreet (Jerry) and Karen Stevison Perry; and her siblings, John A. Butler, Qullie Ziger of Kingston, MD and Alois Watrous. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, 12 Great Great Grandchildren; and several Nieces and Nephews.
