She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Walley and Bertha Walley; her siblings, Harold Walley, Dale Walley, Helen Hicks (Walley) and Francis Green (Walley); her children, Amanda Holmes (Holifield), Robert Dewayne Holifield Prince, Marilyn Smith (Freeman) and Larry Freeman; and her grandsons, Jonathan Todd Vincent and Christopher Edwards.
She is survived by: her husband Marlin Freeman; her daughters, Charmon McWhirter (Michael), Patricia Freeman (Holifield), Norma Edwards (James), Jeanette Freeman and Helen Nicholson (Freeman); and her sisters, Cathy Merritt (Walley), Rachel Green (Donald) and Margaret Skipper (Marvin).
