He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin and Juanita; his stepmother Ifania; his wife Colleen; his siblings, Franklin Patton of Anthony, Ray Patton, Cleo Pacheco, Marian Grion and Mary Montoya; and his grandchildren, Michael Human, Jennifer Banks and Brett Banks.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Davidson (Tom), Becky Rhodes, Janet Banks (Lou), Joyce Blackburn (Elden) and Joseph Montoya (Cindie); and his siblings, Rose Romero and Phillip Montoya. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
