He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Martin, and Patricia Everett Martin, Sr.; and his brother Richard Ernest Martin (Dickie). He is survived by: his wife Lois Melton Martin; his children, Becky Russum, J. J. Russum (Emily), Ginger Parker (Brian), Trish Keyes (Boo) of Vicksburg, Harry L. Martin, III (Brandi) of Redwood and Tori Martin Ellisor (Richard) of Mobile, AL; his grandchildren, Valerie Pettway, Derrick Fields (Whitney), Austin Russum, Zach Russum (Kortni), Katie Lee Nelson (Austin), Hannah Grace Parker, Kinsley Parker, Hadley Rian Parker, Karley Keyes McKee (Jamie), Treyce Keyes, Karsten Keyes, Riley Martin, Hayes Martin, Jackson Ellisor, Jonah Ellisor and Eliza Jean Ellisor; and his great grandchildren, Brock Fields, KJ Pettway, Jaxon Russum, Lily Grace Nelson, Kylii Russum, Dakota Jayne Russum and Sawyer Russum.
