He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly Jane Wright; his parents, James Otry Pence and Maudie Ellen Hearn Pence; and his brother James Morris Pence. He is survived by: his wife Denise L. Pence of Red Banks, MS; and his children, Barry Lee, Donna Jean Ramming (Jerry), Tracy Jo Fitch and Pam Dixon.
