He was predeceased by: his parents, Regina Tutor Thompson and William Norris Thompson. He is survived by: his girlfriend Deena King of Mount Pleasant, MS; his brother William Thompson of Collierville, TN; his daughter Celeste Griffin of Pontotoc, MS; and his grandchildren, Candie Miller (Tommy) and Justin Whitworth of Pontotoc, MS.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Chapel Pavilion. A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
