We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2023, at the age of 93, Ray L. Ainsworth of Raleigh, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gathel Ainsworth and Versie Patterson Ainsworth; and his sister Daisy Ainsworth Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Dora Austin Ainsworth of Raleigh, MS; his sons, Steve Ainsworth (Lisa) and James Ainsworth (Luann); his grandchildren, Amanda Ainsworth Peak (Steven) of Brandon, MS, Jamie Ainsworth Carpenter (Matt) of Brandon, MS and Lacey Ainsworth Pickle (Lake) of Brandon, MS; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Peak of Brandon, MS. and Ella Peak of Brandon, MS.. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
