He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carzel Moffett and Mayola of Washington; his children, Duwayne Moffett, Richard Eugene Moffett, Susie Beverly and Jennifer Alexander; and his siblings, Carl Moffett, Mary Reed and Geneva Burks. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and other family and friends.
