He was predeceased by: his wife Rosa Horn; his parents, Travis Horn and Wilma Horn; his daughter Connie Young; and his siblings, Pat Horn and Sarah Martin.
He is survived by: his son Chris Horn; his grandchildren, Jennifer Young, Kayla Saterfiel (Tony), Christina Horn and Kaylee Horn; his great grandchildren, Levi Saterfiel, Kaleb Saterfiel and Brooklynn Saterfiel; his son-in-law Robert Young; his siblings, Jimmy Horn and Barbara Luper; and his close friend Glenda Roberts.
