She is survived by: her children, Mac Thornton (Monica) of Raleigh, MS, Tammy McKay of Bailey, MS and Emily Gonzalez (Jose) of Jackson, MS; her grandchildren, Chris Thornton (Delana) of Raleigh, MS, Rene Thornton Sumrall (Scott) of Raleigh, MS, Anthony Davis (Seazie) of Raleigh, MS, Chasity Ainsworth (BJ) of Raleigh, MS, Courtney Henderson Powell of Raleigh, MS, Lindsey Thornton of Bay Springs, MS, Landon Rhodes of Raleigh, MS, Miakoda Rhodes of Raleigh, MS, Ashley Waggoner of Raleigh, MS, Morgan Waggoner of Raleigh, MS, Kodi McKay of Bailey, MS and Brice Thornton (Amanda) of Jackson, MS; and her sister Fannie Grace Johnson Boyd of Newton, MS. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
