It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin Neese (Raleigh, Mississippi), who passed away on August 29, 2019, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandmother Debra Elaine Thomas. He is survived by: his son Raylon Neese; his parents, Roy and Stacy Westbrook Neese, Jr.; his sister Bethany Neese; his grandparents, Roy Neese, Sr, Charles and Frances "Bobo" Johnson; and his cousins, Chris Parkman and Sean Neese. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
