He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Ulmer and Betty Sue Bowen Wallace; and his sister Helen Faye Ulmer. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary Ben Ulmer of Raleigh, MS and Ricky Joe Ulmer of Raleigh, MS; his significant other Sue Moseley of Raleigh, MS; his niece Angel Bowen Ainsworth (Ricky Joe) of Mize, MS; his great-nieces, Jasmine Ainsworth Wagster (Conner) of Mize, MS and Bridgette Ainsworth (Chandler Wagster) of Raleigh, MS; and also Kyson Wagster of Raleigh, MS. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
