He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Corley Headrick; his parents, Whitman Barney and Gladys Craft Headrick; and his nephew Dewayne Headrick. He is survived by: his daughter Julia Headrick; and his siblings, Billy Headrick, Johnny Ray Headrick (Flora) and Mary Edmond.
