He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Maddox and Betty Maddox; his sons, Dale Maddox and Craig Maddox; and his sisters, Myrtis Waller, Louise Blakeney and Voncile Grant.
He is survived by: his wife Doris McNair; his stepdaughters, Tamara Robbins and Stacy Varmette; and his sisters, Cleo Garner and Judy Lofton. He is also survived by three grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; one great grandchild; one step-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Scott Grant Medical Fund, Bancorp South Bay Springs.
