He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Wayne Bailey; and his grandparents, Troy, Wilma Bailey, Amos and Helen Arender.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bailey; his children, Dusty Bailey (Kimberly), Brittany Hawkins (Josh) and Kaci Bailey; his mother Jeanette Arnold; his grandchildren, Stella Delane Holder, Beau Bailey Hawkins, Bryce Joseph Hawkins, Christian Gage Purvis and Landon Blade Carlisle; and his sisters, Donnette Maner (Wayne) and Michelle Bailey.
