He is survived by: his wife Floyce Lee; his children, Kim Dew (Chris), Alicia Ivy (Jim), Lisa McFarland (John), Tami Neely (Ed), Pam McIlwain (David) and Eric Lee (Kim); his grandchildren, Brittney Mangum (Greg), Brooke Branning (Bryce), Tori Dew, Brandon Dew (Lilian Elmore), Dylan, Dalton McFarland, Morgan Smith (Mark), Kyle Dearman (Peyton), Jacob Dearman, Meagan Miles (William), Tyler, Blake McIlwain, Alex Lee (Destiny), Mallory and Nate Lee; his brother Eugene Lee; and his close friend David Dearman. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
