She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Flanagan and Lucille Flanagan; and her great grandchild Kylan Carlisle. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Moore (Wayne Gunter), Dereck Moore (Jill) and Don Moore (Robin); and her grandchildren, Ragan Mabry (Misty), Morgan McKee (Laura), Cody Carlisle (Kylee), Nick Moore (Kristen), Raylee Alwell (Daniel), Ben Moore (Jaci), Garrett Moore (Alexis), Slade Moore (Madie), Gage Moore (Emily) and Brian Weir. She is also survived by 14 Great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Children's Of Mississippi, Blair E. Batson Hospital, in memory of Sandra.
