He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carmichael and Octavia Carmichael (Tims). He is survived by: his daughters, Miranda Harvey (Rick) and Gerry Long (Cliff); his grandchildren, Caroline Bierman (Todd), Lindsay Long, Matthew Harvey (Payton), James Long and Abby Long; and his siblings-in-law, Glenda Hardee (Danny) and Carl Graham (Gloria).
