She was predeceased by: her husband Belmont McClenic; her parents, William Irvin Martin and Rosie Willingham Wilson; her children, William Belmont "Bo" McClenic and Jeannie Bizzel; her siblings, James Alton Martin, Haywood Wilson, John Wilson, Jim Wilson, Mallie Dennie and Ellen Wilson; and her grandchildren, Raymond "Ray" Howell, Jr., Scottie Howell and Dana Elizabeth Dyer.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy McClenic (Dot) of River Bend, MS and Judy Freeman (BJ) of Walnut, MS; and her grandchildren, Brian McClenic (Jewel), Cristie Bishop (Skip), Michael Kennedy (Danita), Keith Freeman (Shaun Leigh), Alan Freeman, Kevin Howell and David Howell. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home (314 E 2nd St, Clarksdale, MS 38614). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
