She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Carlisle and Cannie Carlisle (Mozingo); her siblings, Tollie V. Carlisle, Leonard Carlisle and Vewell Ivey; and her grandson Ulysses Napp.
She is survived by: her husband Dwight Napp; and her children, Don Napp (Bernice), Micky Napp (Mark), Obie Napp (Cynthia) and Loretta Pruett (Granville). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
