He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clifford and Myra Selma Pugh (Phillips); and his wife Mary Evelyn Dearman Pugh. He is survived by: his children, E. Linda Simpson (Donnie), Kathie S. Parke (Stephen), D. Jason Pugh (Celinda) and J. Dale Pugh (Ernestine); and his grandchildren, Melissa Simpson Noblitt, Brian Simpson, Christy Parke-Bass, Rachel Parke, Stephen Parke, Jr., Chad Parke, Marco Pugh, Nicholas Pugh, Leia Pugh, Carmen Pugh Hart, Maegan Pugh Herron and Brandon Pugh. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
