He is survived by: his wife Freddie Lois Raley; his children, Michael St. John, David Raley and Stephanie Carlisle; his granddaughter Raley Lewis (Justin); his great grandchildren, Ella Grace Dearman, Kaulder Lewis and Wynter Lewis; and his siblings, Paul Raley (Barbara) of Meridian, MS and Ada May Southerland of Greenville, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
