He is survived by: his wife Jean Burns Belcher; his children, Jay Belcher (Cindy) and Jena Sims; his grandchildren, Katie Knight (Robert), Kasey Norton (Jack), Jace Belcher, Kallie Belcher, Tripp Sims (Ashley) and Helen-Peake Sims; and his great grandchildren, Brecklyn Bradshaw, Isaac Knight, Jax Norton, Justus Norton, Oliver Norton and Lottie Norton.
