He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Ivy; his children, Terry Ivy (Susanne) and Cathy Kennedy (Mike); and his grandsons, Andy Kennedy, Ben Ivy, Allen Kennedy, Joshua Ivy, Joseph Ivy and Joel Ivy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
