He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Wayne and Naomi B. Warren (Gyger). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn M. Warren; his children, Laurie Weimar (Robert), David Warren, Jr., Kenneth Warren (Andrea), Amy Warren-Laffin (Susan) and Bonnie Warren-Rezendes (John); and his sister Ida Warren Ross. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Webb & Stephens Funeral Homes North (7774 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Mississippi Veterans Memorial Cemetery (248 Honor Circle, Newton, MS 39345).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made in David's honor to Old Paths Independent Baptist Church or to a favorite charity of choice.
