He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Washington Hayes and Ester Mae Hayes (Cranford); his sister Mary Frances Fontaine; his nephew Lonnie David King; and his niece Linda Sue King.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Bobbie Huddleston, Diann Weis, Charles King, Paul Lester King and Milo King. He is also survived by several great-nieces, great nephews.
