He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Peavy and Annie Peavy (Jones); and his sisters, Annie Lee Morrison and Evelyn Tolbert. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Peavy; his daughter Penny A. Peavy; his grandchildren, Brad Smith (Jennifer) and Brittany Fauk (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Haley Fauk, Sarah Smith, Casey-Jo Fauk, Jackson Fauk and Thomas Teevan; and his sisters, Joann Branning and Susan Sibley (Benny). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
