He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Anne Callaway Quinnelly. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Quinnelly (Annette) of Texarkana, TX, Stephen Quinnelly (Kari) of Rustin, LA, William H. Quinnelly, III (Lisa) of Lake Village, TX, Patrick Quinnelly of Purvis, MS and Sarah Quinnelly Cornett (Jasper) of Birmingham, AL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
