He is survived by: his wife Sandy Guy; his children, Ryan Guy (Jennifer) and Amber Guy; his stepchildren, Tara Coggins, Jarid Ladner (Jay'Nell) and Levi Ladner; his grandchildren, Amerson Guy and Ansley Guy; his brother Al Guy (Kay); and his sisters-in-law, Henrietta Guy, Debbie Fries (Sonny), Winnie Smith (Jack), Deresa Sanders (Mike) and Vickie Bounds (Mark). He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren.
