He was predeceased by: his parents, Burlon Breazeale and Evelyn Breazeale; and his siblings, Kendall, Freddy, Sam Breazeale, Barbara Cedotal and Kathryn Piercy.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Breazeale of Purvis, MS; his children, Raymond Breazeale of Purvis, MS, Randy Breazeale (Gina) of Purvis, MS, Greg Breazeale (Heather) of Austin, TX, Sheri Parker (Darrell) of Hattiesburg, MS, Lakyn McRaney (Rusty) of Biloxi, MS and Lauren Harden (Jason) of Purvis, MS; and his sister Patsy Smith (Ray) of Purvis, MS. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
