He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Miles and Voncil Miles; and his siblings, Marcia Miles and Joey Miles. He is survived by: his wife Connie Upton Miles; his children, Tammi West (Shay) and David West (Nancy); his grandchildren, Hannah West, Sadie West, Noah West, Elim West and Addison West; his daughters, Monica and Michelle; and his brother David Miles (Faye). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Sea and Sun Camp, P.O. Box 182, Biloxi, MS 39533, a camp for kids who are visually impaired and blind.
