She was predeceased by: her parents, JT Rouse and Eva Bowman Rouse; her brother James; and her sister-in-law Linda Rouse. She is survived by: her husband Paul D. Slade; her children, Dewayne Slade (Cindy), Greg Slade (Jennifer) and Tracey Long (Brian); her grandchildren, Lawson Slade, Kalyn Slade, Harrison Slade, Ryleigh Long and Madelynn Long; and her siblings, Lavon Rouse (Randa), Johnny Rouse, Patricia Reid (Billy) and Brenda Graham.
