He was predeceased by: his wife Nan Erle Taylor; his parents, William A. Taylor and Daisy King Taylor; and his siblings, Engle, Arnold, Tom Taylor, Daisy "Sissy" Hudson and Zula Larsen.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie of Purvis, MS, Kimberly of Purvis, MS and Don Taylor (Denise) of Purvis, MS; his grandchildren, Wilson Deaver (Alicia) of Keene, NH and Brooke McCoy (Matthew) of Flowood, MS; and his great grandchildren, Maddie Grace McCoy, Kate McCoy and Violet Deaver.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Okahola Baptist Church (3889 Old Hwy 11, Purvis, MS 39475).
