She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Long and Roberta Long of Clinton. She is survived by: her daughter Jean Claire; her husband John T. Monroe, Jr. of Purvis; her son-in-law Judson Bounds of Newton; her son John Thomas Monroe, III of Purvis; her grandson Liam Bounds; her brother Greg; and her sister-in-law Laura Long of New Albany.
