He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Runnells and Mabel Runnells; and his siblings, Betty Catherine Runnells, Corbet Runnells and Glen Runnells.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Runnells of Purvis; his daughters, Samantha Magee (Harry) of Lumberton and Stephanie Howell (Shane) of Lumberton; his brother Billy Frank Runnells of Purvis; his grandchildren, Isaiah Magee (Big Boy), Solomon and Trinity-Rose Howell; his niece Renee Runnells of Purvis; and his close friend Sophie Girl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the local animal shelters.
