He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Winford and Hilma Elaine Wallace Bailey; and his siblings, Roy Joe Bailey, Mary, Martha Bailey and Rachel Bailey Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Lodie Janel; and his children, Jennifer Touchstone of Lumberton, Todd Bailey of Purvis, Suzanne Bitz (Randy) of Columbia, SC, Nicole Bailey of Purvis and Mikhail Steelman of Purvis. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 great- grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
