He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jacob and Frances Ann Howard (Lowe). He is survived by: his wife Patsy Howard; his daughter Frieda McKenzie (Jamie); his granddaughters, Megan Malley (Brad) and Shelby LeNarz (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Patton, Houston Malley and Ann Leland LeNarz; and his siblings, Q. C. Howard (Bonita), Walter J. Howard, Jr. and Lulla Rae Carpenter. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
